The short version
- Dagger is custodial. The service holds the keys to your bot wallets, encrypted, so it can trade for you. That's convenient, and it's also a risk. Only keep on the bot what you're prepared to lose, and withdraw the rest.
- Automations act on your instructions while you're away. Limit orders, recurring buys, copy trading, sniping and auto-sell all run by themselves once you set them up.
- Crypto is risky. Prices move fast, trades can fail or fill badly, and blockchain transactions can't be reversed.
- The fee on your confirmation screen is the fee you pay. The standard trade fee is 1%.
- Nothing here is financial advice. Leaderboards, scores and market data are for information only.
- You must be 18 or over and allowed to use a service like this where you live.
01Accepting these terms
By starting the Dagger bot, signing in to the web terminal, opening the Mini App or using any Dagger tool, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Dagger.
"Dagger", "we" and "us" mean the operator of the Dagger service. "You" means the person using it.
02Who can use Dagger
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may only use Dagger where it is lawful for you to do so. It is your job to know and follow the laws that apply to you, including rules on digital assets, sanctions and export controls.
- You must not use Dagger if you are the subject of sanctions, or on behalf of anyone who is.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your trading and for keeping your own records.
03What Dagger is
Dagger is a custodial trading service for Kaspa L1 tokens. It includes:
- the Telegram bot, where you create or import wallets, trade, withdraw and set up automations;
- the web terminal on daggertrade.com, which you sign in to with a one-time code from the bot;
- the Telegram Mini App;
- tools such as DagSphere (holder maps), DagLock (covenant locks), the trader leaderboard, wallet tracking and price alerts.
Dagger is not a bank, a broker, an exchange or an investment adviser. It is software that carries out the instructions you give it.
04Your wallet & custody
When you create or import a wallet in Dagger, the service stores that wallet's key so it can sign transactions for you, including while you're offline. Keys are encrypted before they are stored, using a key derived from a secret held on the server. Dagger can still decrypt them, because that is what lets it trade for you.
What that means for you
- Anyone who controls your Telegram account can control your Dagger wallet. Keep your Telegram account secure. Turn on Telegram's two-step verification and never share login codes.
- If the service is compromised, or has a bug, funds held on it could be lost. We work to prevent this, but we can't promise it will never happen.
- Dagger can't reverse blockchain transactions or recover funds sent to the wrong address.
- Treat Dagger as a trading wallet, not a savings account. Withdraw what you don't need for trading to a wallet you control.
Your safeguards
- Back up your key. For wallets that support it, you can reveal the seed phrase or private key in a private chat with the bot and import it into another Kaspa wallet. Store it offline and never share it.
- Address whitelist. Limit withdrawals and sends to addresses you've saved.
- Spend limits. Set a per-transaction limit and a daily limit.
- PIN. Add a PIN that must be entered to unlock your wallet after the bot restarts. A PIN adds a step. It does not change the fact that the service holds your keys.
These safeguards reduce risk but don't remove it. You're responsible for setting them up and for anything done through your Telegram account.
05Trading & automated features
Dagger offers features that trade automatically, on the instructions you set, including while you're away:
- Limit orders: buy or sell when a token reaches a price you choose.
- KCA (recurring buys): buy a set amount on a schedule.
- Copy trading: mirror another trader's buys, and optionally their sells.
- Sniping: buy new tokens as they launch, subject to the filters you set.
- Auto-sell and exit plans: take profit or cut losses at levels you choose.
- Auto-buy: buy tokens that meet the conditions you set.
Until you turn an automation off, it keeps acting on the settings you gave it, even if the market changes. Check your automations regularly and switch off anything you no longer want.
No guarantee of execution or price
- Prices can move between the moment you confirm and the moment a trade settles. Your slippage setting limits how far, but trades can still fail, fill partly or fill at a worse price.
- Automations depend on market data, venues and the Kaspa network all working. Any of them can be slow, wrong or unavailable, so a trigger may fire late, fire unexpectedly or not fire at all.
- Once a transaction is accepted by the Kaspa network, it is final. Dagger can't cancel or reverse it.
- Quotes, balances and profit-and-loss figures in Dagger are estimates. The blockchain is the record of what actually happened.
06Fees
The fee shown on your confirmation screen before a trade is the fee that applies to that trade. If anything in this table differs from a confirmation screen, the confirmation screen wins.
| What | Fee |
|---|---|
| Trades (buys and sells) | 1% of the trade value |
| Trades if you joined through a referral link | 10% off the trade fee (0.9%) |
| Copy trading | An extra 1% of the mirrored trade size, paid to the trader you copy |
| Sniper priority lane (optional) | 1.5% on sniped buys, plus a small network priority fee |
| Withdrawals and sends | Kaspa network fees |
| Gates (not yet generally available) | 500 KAS one-time setup, plus 5% of subscription payments |
Every on-chain transaction also pays Kaspa network fees, and trading venues may charge their own fees. If you refer someone with your link, you earn 0.25% of the value of their trades.
We may change fees. Changes apply from the time they are shown in the product, and never to a trade you've already confirmed.
07Copy trading & the leaderboard
- Leaderboard stats such as win rate, profit and volume come from trades made through Dagger. They are for information only, may be incomplete, and are not audited.
- Past performance is not a promise of future results. A trader at the top of the board can lose money, including yours.
- Listing a trader is not an endorsement. Dagger doesn't vet, supervise or vouch for anyone on the board.
- When you copy a trader, that trader earns 1% of each mirrored trade (see Fees). Traders who list themselves agree that their stats will be shown publicly.
- Mirrored trades can fill at different prices from the original, or not at all. You choose the amount per trade and a daily cap, and you're responsible for those settings.
08DagSphere & market data
DagSphere holder maps, token information, safety filters, scores, alerts and other market data come from blockchain data and third-party sources. They can be wrong, delayed or incomplete. For example, links between wallets are inferences, not facts.
Use them as one input among many. They are not advice, and a token passing a filter doesn't mean it is safe.
09DagLock & covenant locks
DagLock and other covenant locks are enforced by the Kaspa network itself, not by Dagger. Once a lock is created, it cannot be cancelled, sped up or reversed, by you or by Dagger. The funds release only on the schedule and to the recipient set when the lock was made.
Check every detail (amount, schedule, recipient) before you confirm. If you get something wrong, nobody can fix it.
10Third-party venues & tokens
- Trades are carried out on third-party trading venues and on the Kaspa network. Dagger doesn't run those venues and isn't responsible for their outages, errors, pricing, fees or failures.
- Dagger doesn't issue, vet, list or guarantee any token. Anyone can launch a token. Many lose most or all of their value, and some are scams.
- A venue or token can stop working, change its rules or disappear. You may be unable to sell.
11Testnet
The Dagger testnet bot runs on a Kaspa test network. Test KAS and test tokens have no value and can't be exchanged for anything of value. Testnet access is invite-only, and it can be withdrawn or reset at any time. Features on testnet may not work, or may work differently on mainnet.
12Beta features & changes to the service
Some features are marked beta, closed beta or owner-only, or are released to a limited group first. They may have more bugs, and they may change or be removed.
We improve Dagger continuously, so any feature may be added, changed, limited or removed. Where a change affects funds or active automations, we'll try to give reasonable notice through the bot or the community channel.
13Referral programme, rewards & points
- Referral earnings, points, Blades and competition rewards are run at Dagger's discretion, under the rules announced for each programme.
- Points have no cash value unless and until Dagger says otherwise, in writing, for a specific programme. They can't be sold or transferred.
- We may change or end a programme, or correct balances that were awarded in error.
- Abuse voids rewards. That includes self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, wash trading to farm volume, and exploiting bugs. We may withhold or remove rewards earned that way.
14What you must not do
- Use Dagger for anything illegal, including fraud, money laundering or financing crime.
- Use Dagger to evade sanctions, or on behalf of a sanctioned person.
- Manipulate markets, including wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes or coordinated schemes to mislead other traders.
- Exploit bugs or errors for gain. If you find one, report it to us.
- Attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get into accounts, wallets or data that aren't yours.
- Abuse the referral, rewards or copy-trading systems.
- Impersonate Dagger, its team or other users, or post spam, scams or abuse in terminal chat or community spaces.
15No financial advice
Nothing Dagger shows or publishes is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell. That includes the bot, the website, leaderboards, DagSphere, alerts, scores, posts and community messages. You make your own decisions and carry their results. If you need advice, speak to a qualified professional.
16Service provided "as is"
Dagger is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
The bot, terminal, Mini App and data sources can go down, restart, run slowly or behave unexpectedly. Automations may not run during those periods.
17Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dagger is not liable for:
- trading losses, missed opportunities, or losses from price moves, slippage, or failed or partial fills;
- losses caused by automations acting on the settings you chose;
- losses from third-party venues, tokens, data providers, Telegram or the Kaspa network;
- losses from someone else getting into your Telegram account or devices;
- indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
18Suspension & termination
We may restrict, suspend or close access to Dagger, or to any feature, if we reasonably believe it's needed to:
- protect users or their funds, for example when an account appears compromised or a bug is being exploited;
- comply with the law; or
- deal with a breach of these terms.
That can include pausing trading, automations or withdrawals on an account while we look into it. Unless the law prevents it, we'll give you a way to withdraw funds that lawfully belong to you.
You can stop using Dagger at any time. Withdraw your funds first, then contact us if you'd like your off-chain data deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
19Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For significant changes, we'll try to give notice through the bot or the community channel. If you keep using Dagger after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
